• Local Branches
  The creation of local branches of the National Mediation Chamber is provided for in the Law “On Mediation in Dispute Resolution” no. 10 385/2011 as amended (Article 8 thereof) and in the DHKN Statute (Article 26 thereof). They act in coordination with DHKN. The minimum number of brokers who can form a local branch is five brokers, members of National Chamber of Mediators.

• Mission
  The local branch represents the National Chamber of Mediators in the region where it operates. It is a space available for brokers to offer their services in a professional, comfortable, convenient and safe environment. The local branches do not have independent legal personality, but they exercise awareness and promotion activities of the mediation activity.

Currently, the National Chamber of Mediators has three local branches in Durres, Elbasan and Vlora.
The Local Branches are administered by the President of the Branch, who is elected by free vote of its members and is the administrative staff, according to the regulations of the Local Branches, of the National Chamber of Intermediaries.
