Find a Mediator

Frequently asked questions

Mediation is an out-of-court activity, in which the Parties seek the resolution of a dispute/conflict, by means of a neutral third party (the mediator), in order to reach an optimal solution, acceptable to both Parties, that does not conflict with the law . The Act-Agreement reached is an Executive Title and applies immediately.
You should choose Mediation because it expresses the free will of the Parties, the Impartiality of the mediator, Justice and Integrity, the equality of the Parties, confidentiality, and the resolution of Your Conflict takes only 1-30 days.
You should choose Mediation because it offers a very quick, low-cost solution and regulates the relationship between the conflicting Parties.
Because judicial solutions never solve the conflict but deepen it, even more, because only 1 side wins in the Court and this, after a few years, passing through all levels of the judiciary.
Because Mediation gives the Parties the opportunity to be equal, to express themselves freely and to decide for themselves, with lawyers or representatives, about their fates, which does not happen in Court.
Because in Mediation, you choose the Mediator yourself, while the Judge is assigned by lot.
Because you can go to Mediation at any time and in any place, and not in the presence of the Black Platoon.
Because Mediation is carried out through a civil, flexible and non-stressful process, there is no loser, but the parties come out WIN-WIN.
A Mediator is a third person, impartial, licensed by the Ministry of Justice and a member of the National Chamber of Mediators, who is chosen voluntarily by YOU, to reach an agreement on your conflict.
